Expert lecture on the exhibition "Acqusitions of Matica srpska gallery"
On Wednesday, 20 February 2013 at 17.00 pm, in the Gallery of the Central Military Club, 19 Brace Jugovica street, in the accompanying exhibition of the Acquisitions of Matica srpska gallery 2001-2011, Tijana Palkovljevic, director of the Gallery, will talk about the gallery collection, its development strategy and the importance of acquisitions in the activities of the museum.
The gallery of Matica srpska in the period since 2001 to 2011 has enriched its collection with 1616 works of art thanks to a large number of gift collections, individual gifts and purchases.
Through a lecture Tijana Palkovljevicl, among other things, will talk about the factors that influenced the prioritization in purchasing works of art.
