Opening of the exhibition la Grande Iza by Vlah Bukovac
The exhibition "La Grande Iza" by Vlah Bukovac will open on Tuesday, 17 September 2013 at 19:00 at the Central Club’s gallery. Key speakers on exhibition which will evoke the spirit of Paris of the late 19th century will be Jasna Jovanov , director of the Memorial collection of Pavle Beljanski and Lt. Col. Slavoljub M . Markovic, Director of the Media Center " Odbrana". The exhibition will be opened by Slavisa Grujic , Deputy Prime Minister and Province Secretary for Culture and Media of Vojvodina.
After five decades since it was donated to the Memorial collection of Pavle Beljanski and an extensive restoration in the conservation and restoration department of the Gallery of Matica Serbian , this masterpiece by Bukovac will first be presented to the Belgrade audience .
In addition to the La Grande Iza another work by Bukovac will also be presented Little gypsy girl with daire (1916 ) from the collection galleries of the Central Club , the exhibition features a rich illustrative material from the novel "La Grande Iza " by Alexis Buvijea .
A special section will be reserved for the visually impaired , in which the visitors with the have the help of audio management aids so they can become familiar with the famous part Bukovac .
During the closing of the exhibition on 2 November the Gallery of the Serbian Army will host 46 award ceremony of the Memorial Collection of Pavle Beljanskog and promotion of new releases mentions the collection : " Paul's Memorial Beljanskog " and the Proceedings of the Symposium dedicated to Paul Beljanski ( 1892-1965 ) .
The exhibition will be open until 2 November and will be followed by a number of lectures, film screenings and workshops . Working hours of the Gallery of the Serbian Army every day except Sunday from 11.00 to 19.00 . Admission is free .
