Humanitarian concert 'Christmas in old and new songs"
"I want you to enjoy Christmas music from several countries , as well as to thank the Ministry of Defence and the Army for this wonderful place and the generous logistical support ," as Roman Waschuk , Canadian Ambassador to Serbia said in his opening addres, then himself joined the chorus. Members of the choir " Belgrade International singers " are mostly foreigners working in international organizations , including the addition of ambassadors of Canada and his wife Oksana Smerecuk , president of the International Women's Club of Belgrade .
The choir was conducted by Beti An Greman , piano accompaniment was provided by Milica Sekulic , with soloists Rebecca Brink and Marija Jejić .
" It gives me great pleasure to be able to thank everyone , because by buying a ticket for this concert you helped our association to purchase necessary equipment," as Luka Barbat Joksimovic, secretary of the Federation of the Blind of Serbia said
