Promotion of the book by Dusan Babac in Kragujevac
The book "Serbia in the Great War 1914-1918" by Dusan Babac was presented yesterday at the ceremonial hall of the Assembly of the City of Kragujevac.
The promotion was opened by Peter Drmanac, President of the Organization of Reserve Officers of Kragujevac, and the gathering was addressed by Zeljko Zirojevic, President of the Municipal Board of National Liberation War Veterans Association SUBNOR.
The book was presented by Prof. Mile Bjelajac, the reviewer, and by the author, as well as by the representatives of Odbrana Media Centre, the publisher, Dragana Markovic, Head of the Publishing Activities, who is also Editor-in-Chief, and Snezana Djokic, Editor of the book.
Enriched with numerous rare and valuable photographs and illustrations – 550 of them – the book that follows a major victory for Serbia in World War II on 375 pages, has gained increasing attention of readers in the city.
At the end of the promotion, Drmanac, on behalf of the Organization of Reserve Officers of Kragujevac, presented Letters of Appreciation to Dusan Babac and Odbrana Media Centre, the publisher of the book.
