Electoral Session of the Serbian Museum Association
At the Conference Hall of the Central Military Club, today, a regular Electoral Session of Serbian Museum Association was held.
Director of Odbrana Media Center Colonel Stevica S. Karapandzin greeted the attendees and welcomed them. After a short introduction about the building of the Central Military Club, Colonel Karapandzin stressed that the Gallery of the Central Military Club and several members of Odbrana Media Center are members of the Serbian Museum Association.- The concept of our gallery which we established in 2013 envisions exhibitions of most valuable works of fine arts in Serbia, and this concept has enlisted the Gallery among the top fine art events in Serbia and Belgrade – Colonel Karapandzin said.
President of the Serbian Museum Association Cedomir Janicic thanked Odbrana Media Center and stressed that the two institutions have a long-lasting cooperation and friendship, like the ones with the Ministry of Defence.
At today’s session, after the established quorum, working presidency, notary and the Vote counting commission were elected. Afterwards, members voted for the new president, members of the Executive Board, Supervision Board, Court of Honour and the Commission for Awards and Acknowledgments. The newly elected president of the Serbian Museum Association Drago Njegovan thanked the members of the Session for their trust and said that the Association should continue functioning as one big family, as it has so far.
