New issue of ODBRANA
We are welcoming the Day of the Armed Forces of Serbia with mixed emotions, perhaps more so than ever. A shadow of sorrow and responsibility over the death of our aviators will not disappear by April 23. On the other hand, the trust of citizens of Serbia in their military has not lessened, despite the efforts of certain public figures to present the state of the military as chaotic. In his interview for Odbrana, Head of the General Staff dismisses the statements that the system is “falling apart” and claims that the Armed Forces is the best-ordered institution of the state, and that, as such, it should stay above the turbulences of daily politics. In the latest issue 230 of the military magazine, you can also read about news in the Law on Weapons and Ammunition, experiences of our defence system in NATO integrity building program, and housing loans for military personnel.
