Exhibition "Close to heart" in the small gallery of the Central Military Club

Close to heart, is the title of a painting exhibition which will be opened on 20 November at 19.00 in the Small Gallery of the central Military Club. The exhibition which is a collaborative effort of the Media Center "Odbrana" and NGO "Balkan art initiative," includes 33 paintings of artists who belong to the hyper-realism, a movement based on the direction of the forgotten secrets of old masters.

Authors of the exhibition are Milenko Jankovic, founder and principal holder of the project coordinator and his wife Gordana Savic, executive director of the project.

At the opening Dragan Jovanovic Danilov, art critic and authors will speak at the exhibition, and the exhibition will be opened by GvozdenDjolic, director of the Museum of wine and vitneculture of Aleksandrovac.

The exhibition "Close to your heart" is a continuation of the exhibition "Figuration, tradition, nation," which the organization "Barti" (Balkan art-initiative) organized in the Central Military Club in Belgrade,in November 2010.

This exhibition started with in the spas of Serbia, in the second half of 2011. Serbian painters from diaspora gave a special charm to the exhibition which has already been seen in 9 cities of Serbia.

The exhibition will be open until 30 November 2012.
