Expert guidance through the exhibition "Nadezda Petrovic, 100 years since the right to eternal memory" opened
Five days ago, in the Grand Gallery of the Central Military Club, the exhibition "Nadezda Petrovic, 100th anniversary of the right to eternal memory" was opened. As its name suggests, the exhibition is dedicated to the centenary of the death of the famous painter, and it was created in collaboration of the National Museum and Odbrana Media Centre.
The gallery visitors were presented with seventy-three paintings from all creative periods of Nadezda Petrovic in chronological order from 1898 to 1913, from the opus of the National Museum in Belgrade. You can interpret the paintings yourself, and you can enhance your impression by coming to the expert guidance through the exhibition, at the time of your choosing, every Tuesday from 17:30 or every Saturday from 13:00 while the exhibition is open. Today, talking about each painting individually, Dajana Lazarevic, student and associate member of the Club of Associates of the National Museum led the visitors through the exhibition.
For those who have not seen the exhibition yet, and for those who would like to revisit it, the doors to the Grand Gallery, which are now also the doors to Nadezda’s work, will be open until 24 December, every day except on Sundays, from 11.00 to 19.00.
