The Book of Projects of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure presented at the Central Military Club
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic attended today a promotion of the Book of Projects in the Central Military Club, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic presented the book of the most important infrastructure projects to be implemented by Serbia, worth a total of 14.96 billion euros.
The Prime Minister announced a number of projects in infrastructure, reiterated that the Corridors 10 and 11 will be completed in 2017, and added that the works on modernization of the railway are also under way. Vucic stressed that 2015 was a difficult year, both in the sense of foreign policy and economy, but that Serbia ends it with a much lower deficit than planned.
Minister said at the ceremony that these are projects that are being implemented in order for Serbia to become a modern country. She noted that it will also work on improving the situation of women and vulnerable groups in Serbia.
At today's ceremony, the attendees were also addressed by President of the Foreign Investors Council Ove Fredheim and Zoran Tairovic, adviser to Deputy Prime Minister Zorana Mihajlovic.
The attendees also had the opportunity to enjoy a show of traditional costumes of Serbia and folk dances performed by the National Ensemble "Kolo".
