On the occasion of 2nd December, the Day of the 204th Aviation Brigade, at the Batajnica airport, two books in the edition of Odbrana Media Centre were presented: "Eagle – view from the Yugoslav perspective" by Aleksandar Radic and "Multipurpose Combat Aircraft" by Slavisa Vlacic.

The books were presented by authors and Major Dejan Beda and the promotion was conducted by editors in the Odbrana Media Centre Slavica Djeric – Magazinovic and Snezana Djokic, MSc.

The presentation of the book was attended by Commander of the 204th Aviation Brigade, Brigadier General Predrag Bandic and members of the brigade.

By promotion of the books, the publisher, Odbrana Media Centre, joined the celebration of the great anniversary – 100 years of Serbian military aviation. The Serbs, we can recall, got war wings very early. At the same time when the air forces of the leading states were emerging, the Air Force Command of the Serbian Armed Forces was formed on 24 December 1912. Thus, Serbia was on the list of 15 countries that had planes in military applications. Serbia is also one of the first five countries in the world that used aircraft in combat during the siege of Skadar in 1913.
