First Issue of "The Voice of Veterans" presented



The first issue of the newspaper of the Serbian war veterans, "The Voice of Veterans" quarterly, has been presented today in the Atrium of the Central Military Club. The speakers about the publication were Editor-in-Chief of the newsletter Vladimir Radojcic and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Odbrana magazine Captain Aleksandar Petrovic.
 
Radojcic spoke about the contents of the first issue and topics that have been dealt with by journalists and thanked all contributors who helped "The Voice of Veterans" to be published. According to him, there is the wish that the newspaper be current and reliable information bulletin, initiator of many ideas, but also to provide advice, in collaboration with various experts in solving many problems that veterans face with. Kapetan Petrovic praised the fact that in the public media sphere appeared a newspaper that answers the questions and needs of the members of the veteran population. He wished the editorial staff of "The Voice of Veterans" much success and that the people they write about and they are addressing recognize the importance of the newspaper.
 
In the first issue of "The Voice of Veterans" you can read how Serbia marked the Veterans Day, an interview with the State Secretary for Veterans’ Protection Dragan Popovic about the new law that will regulate the rights of veterans, then the clinical psychologist Djordje Popovic spoke about veterans and post-traumatic stress disorder, and Prof. Olivera Markovic-Savic spoke on the position of the participants in the wars in Serbia through centuries.
